If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method. This is valid for all pre-made items and slips made in standard sizes, made-to-measure size slips are non-refundable.
You have 14 days to return your order, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it. Please note that if you selected a ParcelShop for the delivery of your order, the withdrawal period starts the day it was delivered to this pick-up point.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS:
Once a bespoke slip order has been made and supplied to you as a made-to-measure item, you do not have the right to return for a refund or exchange it if it is unsuitable. To cancel your made-to-measure order you must notify us within 48 hours post purchase.
Returned items must be in perfect condition and be returned in the original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return or exchange:

We will arrange for a courier to collect your slip free of charge - please keep all original packaging
Once we receive your slip we will check the condition of the garment and make sure all original packaging has been included
We will email you whether we are able to accept the return and when you can expect your refund, exchange or store credit.
Please allow up to 5 working days to be refunded once we have received your items
Damaged returns will not be accepted
